(Company) is a website dedicated to teen driver
safety. Any concerned motorist or pedestrian
can report your teen’s poor or dangerous driving
behavior directly to you by logging on to
www.drivezebra.com
and filing a Driver Incident Report which
includes a unique I.D. number from your teen’s
decal along with their impression of your teen’s
driving behavior.
2) When
an incident report is filed with your teen’s
I.D. number, you will be notified immediately
via email.
3) Incident
reports are filed by third parties, therefore
our Company cannot be held responsible for
inaccuracies in the report or the demeanor of
the report.
4) Our
Company makes no claims of how many or how few
incident reports you may receive during the
course of your membership.
5) If
your email address or contact information
changes, you can log into your account at
www.drivezebra.com
to make the changes.
6) Your
investment to include one automobile is $96,
paid in full when signing up for the service.
You can add one more automobile at the same
address for $20 more.
7) Your
membership will be in effect for one full year
from date of purchase.
